Leadership
In 2008, John Kinney was the first commercial PACE pioneer as the founder and CEO of CleanFund Commercial PACE Capital. He has been a leader in passing state legislation, municipal PACE programs, and creating the industry trade associations. At CleanFund, he originated over $200 million of PACE assets and completed the first public PACE securitization as well as many other milestones. Mr. Kinney has been founder and CEO of 4 different “Inc 500”companies including one of the top 10 impact companies in the world, according to “Real Leaders”. Mr. Kinney will build a team for each Lender partner and partner with other direct PACE lenders where appropriate.
